<p></p><p>Job Overview : </p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes across sales, marketing, and service functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development and configuration, hands-on experience with client-facing or consulting roles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate hands-on expertise as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and core concepts.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and other business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, create, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business and executive teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Apply Salesforce best practices across environments to ensure system stability, maximum uptime, optimized performance, and data quality.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor and stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, applying relevant updates to improve business processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify areas for system enhancement and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive business growth and operational efficiency.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other Salesforce administrators and junior team members to ensure a collaborative and high-performing environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems where required.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support client-facing engagements, consulting, and solution presentations to business users and external stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the optimization of sales processes such as Order Management and Billing within Salesforce (preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce solutions to ensure high-quality and Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven 48 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in designing and building reports, dashboards, and data visualization in Salesforce.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM best practices, and data management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Developer II or other Salesforce certifications preferred.</p><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, or Billing modules.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
