<br/><br/>Experience : 7-10 Yrs<br/><br/>Job Location : Pune/Bangalore/Gurgaon<br/><br/>Must have experience in Any one : <br/><br/>- Service Cloud<br/><br/>- Experience Cloud<br/><br/>- Education Cloud<br/><br/>- OmniStudio<br/><br/>Job Description : <br/><br/>- Lead and manage the technical team in providing development and support services for Salesforce applications.<br/><br/>- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, including analysis, troubleshooting, and working on technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.<br/><br/>- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.<br/><br/>- Participate in project planning and management for Salesforce technical activities.<br/><br/>- Mentor and train technical team members in Salesforce development best practices and standards.<br/><br/>- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction with technical deliverables.<br/><br/>- Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance to stakeholders on technical solutions and Salesforce best practices.<br/><br/>- Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes and methodologies to achieve greater efficiency and quality in Salesforce application support services.<br/><br/>- Being willing to work outside of your scheduled shift or taking on extra hours to ensure the success of a project or meet the needs of customers in different time zones.<br/><br/>- Working effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure that projects are completed seamlessly without any issues.<br/><br/>- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled shift timings.<br/><br/>Requirements : <br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field<br/><br/>- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce application development and administration<br/><br/>- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Public Sector Solutions, Discovery Framework in PSS, Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts/Integration Procedures), Conga, DocuSign, Salesforce Experience Cloud and Force.com<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Git repo, DevOps process knowledge<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Salesforce technical aspects, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL<br/><br/>- Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML<br/><br/>- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.<br/><br/>- Experience in training and mentoring technical team members.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator would be preferred.<br/><br/>- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology would be preferred.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
