Were hiring hands-on Salesforce engineers to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions, integrations, and custom workflows that power sales and recruiting operations across India (on-site).<br/><br/><b>Role & Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.<br/><br/>- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware), ensuring secure, reliable data flows.<br/><br/>- Author efficient SOQL/SOSL queries, optimize performance, and implement governor-limit-aware solutions.<br/><br/>- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Salesforce DX, change-sets/tools, and Git-based workflows.<br/><br/>- Lead data migration, ETL tasks, and bulk processing with Data Loader or ETL tools, ensuring data integrity and validation.<br/><br/>- Write unit tests, maintain code coverage, troubleshoot production issues, and document technical design and runbooks.<br/><br/><b>Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Must-Have :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) in production environments.<br/><br/>- 5 Years experience in LWC<br/><br/>- Strong experience in Apex and Triggers<br/><br/>- Experience with Integrations and customizations<br/><br/>- 5 to 8 Salesforce certification is Mandatory.<br/><br/>- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth) and writing secure API clients/endpoints.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, sharing model, and governor limits.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, Git, and automated deployment processes.<br/><br/>- Experience with data migration and bulk operations (Data Loader, ETL tools) and solid unit testing practices.<br/><br/>- Platform Developer I certification or equivalent demonstrated Platform Developer II, Salesforce Integration Architect, or other advanced certifications.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud customizations.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) or Heroku/AWS integrations and event-driven architectures.<br/><br/><b>Benefits & Culture Highlights</b><br/><br/>- On-site team environment focused on cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and technical ownership.<br/><br/>- Opportunities for certification support, skills development, and career progression within a fast-growing product organisation.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation, health benefits, and structured performance reviews.<br/><br/>Location: India (On-site).
