<p><p>Were seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Sales Cloud architecture, customization, and integration.<br/><br/> Youll be responsible for end-to-end solution design and implementation, focusing on complex sales processes, real-time data integration, security governance, and advanced analytics.<br/><br/> This is a hands-on development and leadership role, best suited for professionals with a deep understanding of Apex, LWC, MuleSoft, and CI/CD best practices.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Translate sophisticated sales-domain requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce Sales Cloud architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect solutions involving Territory Management, Collaborative Forecasting, Pipeline Inspection, and Opportunity Stages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Plan for platform limits, performance optimization, and data modeling strategies aligned with enterprise needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement custom business logic, validation rules, triggers, flows, and process builders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD with tools like Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement real-time and batch integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Change Data Capture) and middleware orchestration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless interoperability with external systems like ERP, marketing platforms, and databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage user access, role hierarchies, sharing rules, object-level security, and field-level security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize org health, storage, API limits, and performance across multiple Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Dev Orgs, Production).<br/><br/></p><p>- Build dynamic, impactful reports and dashboards for sales leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experiment with and pilot Einstein AI and predictive analytics capabilities to empower data-driven sales decision-making.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage work via JIRA and Confluence, and maintain Kanban boards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote Salesforce best practices across teams.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with:<br/><br/></p><p>- Territory Management<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative Forecasting<br/><br/></p><p>- Pipeline Inspection<br/><br/></p><p>Advanced proficiency in :<br/><br/></p><p>- Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)<br/><br/></p><p>- Lightning Web Components (LWC)<br/><br/></p><p>- Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL<br/><br/></p><p>Integration expertise :<br/><br/></p><p>- MuleSoft<br/><br/></p><p>- REST/SOAP APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- Event-based integrations (Platform Events, CDC)<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong command of Salesforce security, sharing rules, data modeling, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, ReadyAPI/Postman, AccelQ (bonus)<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
