<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Custom Development & Solution Design : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop high-quality, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement custom objects, integrations, triggers, and batch jobs to support business workflows.<br/><br/><b>System Integration & Data Management :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, connected apps, and third-party tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage tools like Data Loader and Workbench for bulk data operations and data transformation tasks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data quality, integrity, and synchronization across systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement security and compliance best practices.<br/><br/><b>Platform Optimization & Innovation :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities and roadmap, recommending strategic enhancements and emerging solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with administrators to optimize the user experience through Lightning UI and declarative functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and debugging technical issues<br/><br/><b>Testing & Deployment :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Write and maintain unit tests with high code coverage; follow best practices for source control and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain technical documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality and reliability of releases.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWCs, and Salesforce APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations and external data sources<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and development lifecycle management<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not required<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
