<p><p><b>About Company : </b> They balance innovation with an open, friendly culture and the backing of a long-established parent company, known for its ethical reputation.<br/><br/>We guide customers from whats now to whats next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Title : </b> SF Core : </b> PAN INDIA.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Work Mode : </b> Hybrid : </b> 7+years (6 years Type : </b> Contract to hire Period : </b> Immediate joiners.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components LWC and Salesforce APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems utilizing REST and SOAP web services to ensure seamless data exchange.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze complex business processes to create detailed system design and architecture supporting Salesforce development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated technical issues and maintain Salesforce data integrity and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specs release notes and user guides.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators business analysts QA and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide junior team members in coding standards best practices and Salesforce functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging features to recommend process improvements and new capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead or assist in agilescrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and effort estimation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive DevOps practices using tools like Jenkins Git or Salesforce DX for continuous integration and Skills and Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency with Salesforce data modeling including custom objects fields relationships and SOQLSOSL queries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in building and maintaining complex Salesforce integrations with external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture security model and governor limits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with software development tools and versioning systems eg Git Bitbucket.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CICD pipeline implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to lead development initiatives and contribute to strategic Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud or Community Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript HTML5 CSS and frameworks relevant to Lightning eg LWC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of middleware and enterprise integration patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in administering Salesforce environments alongside development responsibilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small Skills : </b> Lightning Web Components (LWC),APEX,Aura, VisualForce, Salesforce Integration(REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
