Salesforce Developer II - Sales Cloud Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring Systechcorp


Job description

<p>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.<br/><br/>- Work extensively with Salesforce CPQ (and preferably Logik.io, Services CPQ, or other configure-to-quote solutions).<br/><br/>- Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective technical designs.<br/><br/>- Manage deployments using tools like Flosum or Prodly and support environment configuration.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain automation, custom workflows, and approval processes.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.<br/><br/>- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance guidelines.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and continuously enhance skills through certifications and learning.</p><p><br/></p><p>Required Skills & Experience : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform features.<br/><br/>- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and connected apps.<br/><br/>- Sound understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred.<br/><br/>- Proven experience working with GTM/Sales teams in mid-to-large technology organizations.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with tools like Logik.io, Services CPQ, Tackle, Flosum, Prodly, Spiff, or OmniStudio.<br/><br/>- Experience supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) applications.<br/><br/>- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).<br/><br/>- Previous experience mentoring team members or leading small development teams.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
