<p><p><b>Role : Salesforce Developer</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to own and manage end-to-end solutions while developing a strong understanding of implementations and related integrations with Salesforce.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Services, Customer Success, Product, and IT teams, along with senior stakeholders, operating as a project owner.<br/><br/>This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and the ability to drive strategic solutions in a scalable environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Own and manage end-to-end Salesforce solutions and related integrations.<br/><br/><b>Must have Skills:</b> Sales cloud, <b>salesforce financial cloud,</b> <b>Service cloud</b>,<b> LWC, Apex</b>, Lightning, <b>Force.com</b>, API Integration, <b>omni studio.</b><br/><br/>- Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and strict deadlines.<br/><br/>- Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools within the Salesforce environment.<br/><br/>- Maintain a problem-solving attitude and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a scalable environment.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of experience with Lightning development, ideally as part of a Lightning migration.<br/><br/>- Hands on in Salesforce Service Cloud.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Component, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).<br/><br/>- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Experience building integrations with REST API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.<br/><br/>- Experience in unit testing of LWC and APEX code.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence large organizations.<br/><br/>- Ability to juggle multiple deliverables while meeting ever-changing deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Understanding of Salesforce system limits to build at scale.<br/><br/>- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments to manage shifting priorities and requirements.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
