<p><p><b>We are seeking highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developers (Marketing Cloud & CDP) to join our dynamic team.</b> The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and integration capabilities, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.<br/><br/>This role is perfect for professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, global environment aligned to the EST time zone with competitive compensation and shift allowance.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce CDP with other enterprise applications and external data sources.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools within SFMC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless data management, cleansing, and enrichment to improve campaign targeting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain proper documentation, coding standards, and best practices for long-term Skills & : </b> Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Expertise : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Certification in Data Cloud/CDP is Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Data </p><p>Extensions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and consent management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Einstein for Marketing Cloud, personalization, and analytics.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
