<p><p></p><p><b>Salesforce Order Management (SOM)</b> - with 7+ years of working experience and immediate joiner preferred</p><br/><p>- Technical design and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Order Management (SOM) solutions, all the SOM related Objects and Workflows.</p><br/><p>- Design and build orchestration flows for order capture, fulfilment, cancellation, return, and payment processing.</p><br/><p>- Develop and maintain automation using Flow, Apex, and Composite APIs for complex order lifecycle management.</p><br/><p>- Integrate SOM with external systems (ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, SFCC, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Create scalable data models and ensure data integrity across order transactions.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.</p><br/><p>- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.</p><br/><p>- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across orchestration flows and API interactions.</p><br/><p>- Stay current with Salesforce SOM feature releases and recommend adoption strategies.</p><br/><p>- Define and implement custom logic for split shipments, fulfilment routing, order holds, backorders, partial returns, and refund processing.</p><br/><p>- Build robust automation and extensibility using Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, batch/Queue jobs, Lightning Components, and Platform Events.</p><br/><p>- Analyse production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes and system optimizations.</p><br/><p>- Drive system monitoring, observability, and proactive alerting around key order flows and service interactions.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills :</b> </p><br/><p>- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (SOM) and data model.</p><br/><p><b>Expertise in :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience with Composite API, Named Credentials, and secure API integration practices.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SOM orchestration flows for order lifecycle events.</p><br/><p>- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) to ERP, payment providers, and logistics systems.</p><br/><p>- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and named credential-based auth flows for secure communication.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Salesforce Core Clouds (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B, or Sales Cloud).</p><br/><p>- Deep understanding of order-related processes: fulfilment, splitting, holds, returns, exchanges, and adjustments.</p><br/><p>- Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of PCI compliance, SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), and fraud management in order transactions.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of common middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.</p><br/><p>- Salesforce certifications such as Order Management Accredited Professional, PD1/PD 2, or Integration Architecture Designer are preferred</p><br/><p>- Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Aura</p><br/><p>- Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy), and Orchestration Flow Designer</p><br/><p>- Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC)</p><p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
