</p> <p> </p> <p><b>About You:</b></p> <ul> <li>Familiar with end-to-end Salesforce development processes </li> <li>Adjusts easily to new or changing circumstances.</li> <li>A collaborative utility player mentality (low ego) with a proactive sense of curiosity</li> <li>Focuses on achieving results that promote business success.</li> <li>Demonstrate proactive and professional communication skills with all stakeholders and partners</li> <li>Maintain a professional, adaptable, and respectful manner</li> <li>Provide high quality service to all users </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p> <ul> <li>Own product architecture and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to set the technical direction and create software that optimizes for business metrics</li> <li>Communicate technology and product strategy effectively to both internal and external stakeholders and leadership</li> <li>Build industry-leading enterprise systems that are highly available, intuitive, scalable, and secure</li> <li>Produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting</li> <li>Conduct design and code reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with standards and best practices</li> <li>Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources</li> </ul> <p><b>Your Expertise: </b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.</li> <li><b>5-8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
Must be experienced in Service Cloud along with Omni Channel.</b></li> <li>Good to have Data Cloud /Experience Cloud applications.</li> <li>5-8 years of hands-on experience in Apex Programming, SOQL, SOSL, and Integrations.</li> <li><b>5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs like SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API.</b></li> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in Aura, LWC, and JavaScript programming.</li> <li>Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud Certification <b>(Required)</b></li> <li>Professional fluency in English <b>(Required)</b></li> <li>Experience building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party apps and AppExchange products.</li> <li>Experience working in highly available, scalable, and secure systems.</li> </ul>
