<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile/Scrum development Skills and Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on field service.<br/><br/></p><p>- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
