Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
The candidate will act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
This role involves overseeing all basic administrative functions, including user account management, report creation, workflow maintenance, and other routine tasks.
- User Account Management: Handle all aspects of user accounts, ensuring seamless access to the Salesforce platform.
- Report Creation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the organization.
- Workflow Administration: Manage workflows, including setting up and managing approval processes, assignment rules, and other business logic.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Excellent communication skills with good client management skills.
- Multiple certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Business Analyst.
