<p><p><b>About Radioactive Technologies :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Radioactive Technologies is a forward-thinking technology solutions provider specializing in healthcare IT, CRM, and enterprise application integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving demands of our clients across the Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p>We are seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) with Salesforce Integration Specialist to lead and execute integration projects between healthcare practice management/EHR systems and Salesforce CRM platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eCW, API-based integration strategies, and healthcare data interoperability standards.<br/><br/></p><p>This role will involve solution design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of eCWSalesforce interfaces while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and security Responsibilities Design and Development :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Architect, develop, and maintain integrations between eClinicalWorks and Salesforce platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure smooth data exchange covering patient records, scheduling, billing, and CRM Interoperability and Standards :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Leverage HL7, FHIR, CCD, and other healthcare interoperability standards to ensure secure and accurate data transfer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Map eCW data models to Salesforce objects and ensure consistent and Optimization :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Customize Salesforce to support healthcare workflows, including patient engagement, lead tracking, </p><p>referral management, and clinical data visualization.<br/>- Configure eCW interfaces to meet unique client requirements and optimize system and Compliance :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Ensure HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards are strictly adhered to in all integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement role-based access, encryption, and secure data handling and Support :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Work closely with technical architects, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and healthcare stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support, documentation, and training for end-users and internal Skills and Qualifications Expertise :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (EHR and PM modules) including APIs, interfaces, and data extraction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), APEX, Lightning Components, and custom integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Middleware experience (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom API gateways) is a IT Knowledge :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Proficiency with HL7, FHIR, CCD, CDA standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data structures, and clinical and Scripting :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Expertise in Java, .NET, or Python for integration components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, and scripting tools.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills to interface with clinical and technical teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver on Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and patient engagement features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience integrating eCW with third-party systems or CRM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications in Salesforce or healthcare IT (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Integration Architect, or eCW certifications)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
