<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of advanced Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, and be capable of managing and mentoring a technical team.<br/><br/></p><p>This role involves hands-on development, environment management, integration, and collaboration with clients and offshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the programmatic development of customized Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura), and front-end web technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and design complex technical Cloud CRM solutions tailored to business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee environment management including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and release management.</p><p><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with multiple external technologies and platforms using various integration patterns and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage technical project team members both onshore and offshore, providing clear direction and guidance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with clients to analyze requirements and discuss trade-offs between configuration and custom code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Map business functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionalities to ensure </p><p>optimal solution design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Disseminate and enforce Salesforce best practices and architectural guidelines across the </p><p>team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers and technical consultants on Salesforce platform capabilities, </p><p>integration technologies, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of custom code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical specifications and detailed documentation to offshore developers for </p><p>smooth execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service </p><p>Cloud, Community Cloud) and the broader Salesforce Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and front-end </p><p>web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and </p><p>Community Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience managing technical teams including offshore resources.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in environment management and deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, </p><p>Change Sets, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills with experience running workshops, presenting to clients, and </p><p>leading discussions on technical trade-offs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data management, and governance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a track record of developing junior resources</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
