<p><p><b>Salesforce Order Management (Technical Lead / Architect)</b><br/><br/><b>Experience Required:</b> 8+ Years<br/><br/><b>Location:</b> Bengaluru / Pune<br/><br/><b>Role Overview:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Order Management (SOM) Technical Lead / Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable end-to-end Order Management solutions.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce SOM, proven experience in integrations and orchestration, and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering robust, enterprise-grade solutions for complex order lifecycle management.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Order Management solutions.<br/><br/>- Configure and optimize SOM objects, orchestration flows, and workflows for :<br/><br/>a.

Payment processing<br/><br/>- Design and build automation using Apex, Flow, Composite APIs, and Platform Events.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce SOM with external systems (ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, SFCC) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.<br/><br/>- Define scalable data models and ensure data integrity across transactions.<br/><br/>- Implement business logic for split shipments, order holds, backorders, partial returns, and fulfillment routing.<br/><br/>- Monitor and ensure system performance, stability, and error handling across orchestration flows and integrations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.<br/><br/>- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on new Salesforce SOM capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Mandatory</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Order Management (SOM): Strong hands-on experience with architecture, orchestration flows, and data model.<br/><br/>- Core Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.<br/><br/>- Automation Tools: Flow Builder, Orchestration Flow Designer, Process Builder (legacy).<br/><br/>- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Composite API, Named Credentials, secure integration practices.<br/><br/>- Event-Driven Architecture: Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC).<br/><br/>- Order Lifecycle Processes: Fulfillment, splits, returns, cancellations, adjustments, holds.<br/><br/>- DevOps & Version Control: Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Security & Compliance: OAuth2, JWT, PCI compliance, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).<br/><br/><b>Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Service, Commerce B2B/B2C, Sales).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.<br/><br/>- Exposure to fraud management in payment/order processing.<br/><br/><b>Salesforce Certifications:</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Order Management Accredited Professional<br/><br/>- Platform Developer I / II<br/><br/>Mayur Batham<br/><br/>9685308585</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
