Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer

- Hands-on development experience in:
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon Connect
- Amazon Lex
- Strong Service Cloud Voice (SFSVC) implementation experience
- Familiarity with IVR/telephony integrations using AWS
- Strong coding skills and ability to build custom connectors and integrations
Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice functionality with AWS backend integrations
- Build, test, and deploy AWS Lambda functions supporting Amazon Connect flows
- Work with the technical architect to deliver the contact center transformation
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
