<p>Job Overview :<br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/> As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce-based solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational growth.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, scalability, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Develop end-to-end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations, security, data modeling, automation, and process flows.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the design is efficient, sustainable, and maintainable.<br/><br/>- Architect solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Classic, and other Salesforce clouds (e., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) as needed.<br/><br/>- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while meeting business objectives.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand and clarify requirements, and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Provide direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure best practices are followed.<br/><br/>- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e., ERP systems, third-party applications, etc.) using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, ETL tools, and middleware solutions.<br/><br/>- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data is moved accurately from legacy systems to Salesforce with proper validation and cleansing.<br/><br/>- Customize Salesforce using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder to meet complex business requirements.<br/><br/>- Automate business processes and workflows using Salesforce automation tools, ensuring increased efficiency and productivity.<br/><br/>- Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the team.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines, data governance, and privacy regulations (e., GDPR).<br/><br/>- Conduct regular code reviews, architecture reviews, and other governance activities to ensure the quality and maintainability of the solutions.<br/><br/>Required Skills and Qualifications :<br/><br/>- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow, and SOQL.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to design scalable, secure, and performant solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, field-level security, and sharing rules.<br/><br/>- Experience working with Agile methodologies and participating in Scrum teams.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce teams (developers, admins, and analysts).<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e., Salesforce DX, Jenkins).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile app development and Salesforce Field Service solutions.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms for integrating Salesforce with enterprise cloud environments.<br/><br/>- Experience working in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
