Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Support / Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform, troubleshooting issues, developing scalable solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, workflows).
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
