About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to architect, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem for an enterprise-scale BFSI client.
In this role, you will lead technical solution delivery across Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, ensuring compliance, scalability, and quality — with minimal customization and a strong focus on automation and integration.
You’ll act as the technical anchor for scrum teams, collaborating closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to deliver robust, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards.
- Configure and extend Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud using OmniStudio, Omnichannel Routing, Tableau, and automation tools.
- Customize and optimize the Service Console to improve service delivery and agent productivity.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with architects, IT BAs, and vendors in agile scrum teams to drive successful implementations.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet standards of reliability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Promote Salesforce best practices and guide developers on solution realization.
⚙️ Automation & Quality
- Implement build automation and configuration management practices.
- Drive workflow automation, SLA management, and continuous delivery improvements.
- Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting delivery or product quality.
✅ Testing & Compliance
- Validate test strategy, automation, and regression testing frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / ETC)

8–10 years of total development experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Apex development

Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and related tools

Experience in the BFSI domain — mandatory

Deep understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and data models

Experience with Tableau Cloud (added advantage: Slack, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Agentforce)
- ⚙️ Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and Salesforce deployment automation
