We are hiring for a Tech client in Delhi for Technical Lead in Salesforce (CRM) those who have experience in CPQ and LWC, code Generation and requirement Gathering and currently supports products from SAP, ServiceNow, IBM and Salesforce.
Technical lead – Salesforce Practice (CRM)
location: New Delhi / Noida
Experience: 10-12 years in technical delivery with SFDC suite of products
The technical lead position calls for dynamic technical individuals who will be part of the salesforce team.
The candidate will help the sales team by developing and driving technical consulting, lead the technical delivery teams during the engagement for delivering value promised to our clients.
the person should have good salesforce CRM background with focus on recent technology advancements, and product development.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for building SFDC practice grounds up handling P&L, growth, solutioning & pre-sales, and delivery function for SFDC suite of products
· Will be responsible for developing Industry products/platforms grounds up using SaaS and AI
· Collaborate in creating AI/ Gen AI accelerator for SFDC implementation that automates repetitive activities of software/ SaaS implementation lifecycle e.g. requirement gathering, user story creation, code generation, quality assurance, deployment
· Create cognitive platforms jointly with the industry team for plug-and-play Industry use-cases on CRM stack
· Strong proficiency in setting up and delivering products/ platforms in an Agile IT operating model 2 Experience/Knowledge Required
Technical skills
10-12 years of experience in developing, architecting and implementing CRM based technologies
Experienced in architecting, delivering and supporting Salesforce based systems: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience in Manufacturing and/or Retail & CPG domain is desired
Experience in pre-sales and solutioning for system integrations at application, and data levels is a must.
Implementation experience of AI tools and technologies in CRM stack.
The candidate should be technically strong and have good hands -on on Solution Concepts and Database Models.
Modern engineering practices, agile practices, automation and deployment pipelines
Experience handling products on different solution models (SaaS, PaaS, managed service etc.)
Experience in building and operating a technology organization at scale across SFDC suite
Experience of the developing and executing strategy and governance across several fields including Product Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Change Management, and delivering the agreed strategy to completion
Experience of demonstrating deep and broad knowledge of emerging technology to promote innovation across the organization to deliver services and solve business problems
Proven track record of using industry standard processes and frameworks and promoting innovation across the organization in the use of technology to solve business problems
Appropriate Salesforce Architecture certification
Proven experience in leading the solution architecture for Salesforce projects Business and sector expertise
Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy across corporate technology domains preferably in Manufacturing and/or Retail/CPG industry
Experience in working with business stakeholders, especially CRM, Service, CPQ capability areas
High-level understanding/appreciation of processes that impact business operations
Experience of advising/communicating to ‘Global Head of’ levels’ of Management
Experience of developing and influencing strategic working relationships with key technology suppliers Leadership and management experience
Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading high performing teams
Experience of defining strategic goals for functions and systems for measuring goal attainment · Experience providing technology leadership in managing complex transformations areas
Finding opportunities to partner with external Technology organization's, developing the approach and negotiating terms
Experience of establishing Architecture in an Agile culture
Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly · Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-technical)

Prior experience in startup and product organization is an added advantage.
