<p><p>We are looking for Salesforce Tech Lead/Delivery Manager 8 - 15 years Gurugram </p><p><br/></p><p> Job description :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; 8+ years Salesforce experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning; 3-5+ years in technical leadership</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead engineering maturity and delivery governance across Salesforce ecosystem; Define coding standards and promote agile culture; Stabilize delivery quality and Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p>We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead engineering maturity and delivery governance across our Salesforce ecosystem, spanning internal and vendor teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical oversight, process governance, and cross-vendor team alignment, with a strong focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role demands a mix of strategic thinking and tactical delivery management, with the ability to drive quality improvements, introduce engineering best practices, and embed a strong agile culture within a multi-vendor, distributed Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on expertise in :<br/> <br/></p><p>- Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning<br/><br/></p><p>- Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows<br/><br/></p><p>- 3-5+ years in a technical leadership role, preferably across distributed or vendor teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to stabilise delivery, introduce engineering discipline, and lead agile transformations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, platform limitations, and governance constraints.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience driving maturity across CI/CD, documentation, and quality gates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communicator with ability to influence and mentor cross-functional :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)<br/><br/></p><p>- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in multi-vendor environments or vendor performance Responsibilities Engineering Governance :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and enforce coding standards, component design guidelines, and review practices across development team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Champion preventive engineering early defect detection, code quality metrics, and test automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate cross-vendor architecture/design reviews in partnership with the Solution Architect.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote platform governance secure coding, permission model hygiene, and scalable Delivery Oversight :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the current vendors delivery team to stabilise output quality and delivery velocity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide daily development activities including code reviews, story validations, and defect triaging.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify root causes of recurring quality issues and drive immediate remediation plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish backlog readiness, definition of done, and user story Process Maturity :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Act as a coach, helping enforce agile principles and eliminating waterfall behaviours.<br/><br/></p><p>- Improve agile ceremonies (standups, planning, and retrospectives) and drive ownership in sprint execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and maintain process discipline for documentation, traceability, and component Team Alignment :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure fair workload distribution and role clarity across internal and external resources.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct skill and maturity assessments, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote collaborative behaviours, feedback loops, and accountability in a hybrid delivery Ownership :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Define, implement, and monitor delivery KPIs (e.g., code quality, velocity, defect rates, documentation </p><p>hygiene).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide regular reporting and improvement plans based on performance metrics.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
