<p><p><b>Description:</b><br/><br/>Job Description:<br/><br/>We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Integrations of Tavant Warranty product on App Exchange with Client different system.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices and must have a strong background in system architecture, integration, data management and performance tunning.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing scalable architectures, ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead technical design sessions to determine solution architecture for Salesforce implementations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Design and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and integration flows.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Tools Required :</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, components, and capabilities.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.<br/><br/>- Experience with integration technologies such as Salesforce Connect, Middleware (AWS, Informatica), and REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data migration strategies.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce security and performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.<br/><br/>- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Architect, or relevant certifications are a plus.<br/><br/>- Leading, designing, and implementing 3 to 4 Salesforce projects, including digital transformation initiatives.<br/><br/>- Developing high-quality, scalable, and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.<br/><br/>- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Contributing to the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.<br/><br/>- Identifying opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation.<br/><br/>- Staying current with new Salesforce features and recommending process improvements.<br/><br/>- Working effectively in a multi-vendor environment and adapting to evolving project needs.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
