This role demands hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of Salesforce developers, guide technical decision-making, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple Responsibilities & Architecture :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring </p><p>scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct in-depth technical reviews, code reviews, and design validation for all Salesforce development work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and CI/CD practices using tools like Salesforce DX and Design & Development</b></p><p><br/></p>- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, detailed architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement complex integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize platform performance through code refactoring, query optimization, and asynchronous processing Management & Mentoring</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Salesforce developers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote an Agile delivery culture by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily & Deployment Management</b></p><p><br/></p>- Oversee deployment activities across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) ensuring smooth releases with zero downtime.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with Salesforce governor Skills & Salesforce Expertise :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Salesforce object model, security model, and data Skills</b></p><p><br/></p>- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and Tools & Practices</b></p><p><br/></p>- Expertise with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, & Project Management</b></p><p><br/></p>- Proven experience managing Agile project lifecycles and leading cross-functional Salesforce Platform Developer I & Platform Developer II certifications are mandatory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect are Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
