If you're passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant(Webdynpro & Workflow) with strong expertise in SAP HCM, WebDynpro for ABAP, and SAP Business Workflow.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and support of customized SAP HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and client requirements.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- (SAP ABAP HR Development) Develop custom reports, infotypes, and interfaces using logical databases (PNP/PNPCE).<br/><br/>- Handle payroll and time data using HR function modules (e.g., HR_READ_INFOTYPE).<br/><br/>- (WebDynpro for ABAP) Design and build WebDynpro applications (standalone and FPM-based).<br/><br/>- Integrate with SAP Portal or Fiori Launchpad and consume OData services.<br/><br/>- (SAP Workflow Design) Develop and manage custom workflows for HR processes (e.g., leave approval, hiring).<br/><br/>- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance.<br/><br/>- (HR Module Integration) Support PA, OM, and PY configuration and enhancements.<br/><br/>- Customize infotypes and extend standard processes using BADIs/User Exits.<br/><br/>- (RICEF Object Delivery) Build Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows for SAP ECC projects.<br/><br/><b>Role Requirements and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR development.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).<br/><br/>- Proficient in developing custom objects using logical databases (PNP, PNPCE) and working with cluster tables (PCL1, PCL2).<br/><br/>- Experience with HR function modules such as HR_READ_INFOTYPE, HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA, etc.<br/><br/>- Solid expertise in WebDynpro for ABAP, including Designing standalone and FPM-based applications.<br/><br/>- Developing controller classes and reusable components using ABAP OO and MVC architecture.<br/><br/>- Integration with SAP Portal, Fiori Launchpad, and OData services via SAP Gateway.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in SAP Business Workflow, including, Workflow design using Workflow Builder and Business Object Builder.<br/><br/>- Creating custom workflows triggered by HR events or infotype changes.<br/><br/>- Troubleshooting and performance tuning of workflows using UWL and logs.<br/><br/>- Competent in delivering RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of BADIs, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks for customizing HR logic.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to interact with functional teams and end users.<br/><br/>- SAP certification in ABAP or HCM is an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us :</b><br/><br/>- Opportunities to work on transformative projects, cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions with leading global firms across industry sectors.<br/><br/>- Continuous investment in employee growth and professional development with a strong focus on up & re-skilling.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation & benefits, ESOPs and international assignments.<br/><br/>- Supportive environment with healthy work-life balance and a focus on employee well-being.<br/><br/>- Open culture that values diverse perspectives, encourages transparent communication and rewards contributions.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
