Job Description:
- Looking for recent Graduate who have completed SAP Basis training from any institute
- Post initial KT training, primary role of candidate will be queue management in ServiceNow for PC3-MSM team.
- During shift hours will keep an eye on new tickets assigned to MSM queue and ensure IRT achievement by following up with respective dCEMs
- With guidance of SDM & Senior leaders will support in workload distribution of cases
- Will do OJT by shadowing senior dCEM in team to understand the process of supporting different type of Incidents/ Service Requests
Kind Note: Candidate should have done certification course releated to SAP.
This requirement is for Noida Location.
