Role Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled SAP BTP Integration Developer to design and implement robust, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and our SAP ecosystem.
You will be pivotal in leveraging SAP BTP, APIs, and event-driven architectures to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) between ServiceNow and SAP systems using SAP BTP (CPI/Integration Suite).
- Design and configure iFlows, OData, REST, and SOAP APIs for exchanging foundation data, incidents, and other transactional data.
- Establish and manage secure connectivity (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Certificates) between ServiceNow MID Server and SAP BTP.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers to align data models, integration patterns, and endpoint specifications.
- Implement comprehensive error handling, monitoring, and audit logging mechanisms for all integration flows.
- Support the full lifecycle of integrations, including testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming REST and OData services, with expertise in JSON/XML transformations.
- Practical experience integrating SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) with ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of secure API management, including OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and certificate-based security.
- Good to Have:
- Familiarity with SAP backend concepts like IDoc, RFC, and BAPI.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture in SAP BTP.
- Experience with the ServiceNow MID Server and its configuration for integrations.
