<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) modules to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge, configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects in the SAP CO domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct business requirement gathering, process analysis, and design/blueprinting workshops with business users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and manage SAP CO sub-modules, including but not limited to:<br/><br/></p><p>- Cost Element Accounting (CEA)<br/><br/></p><p>- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)<br/><br/></p><p>- Internal Orders (IO)<br/><br/></p><p>- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)<br/><br/></p><p>- Product Costing (PC)<br/><br/></p><p>- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless integration of CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules, addressing cross-functional dependencies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support process harmonization and optimization by implementing industry best practices in controlling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while preparing detailed test scripts and validation documents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces in collaboration with ABAP and technical teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and end-user training to enable smooth adoption of solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage go-live preparation, execution, and hyper-care support for stabilization post-implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Controlling processes, advising business stakeholders on cost optimization and reporting Requirements :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration and implementation (minimum 23 full-cycle implementations).<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in integrating CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and work closely with development teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in project documentation, business process mapping, and solution design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in leading workshops, conducting training sessions, and preparing end-user Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- SAP CO certification (or equivalent experience) will be an added advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in multinational or large-scale ERP environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Fiori applications related to CO processes</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
