We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CO Architect to join our innovative IT SAP COE team and help shape the future of our financial and operational systems.
Position Summary  
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP CO Consultant  to join our collaborative team supporting SAP Finance and Controlling efforts.
This role involves full-cycle SAP implementation, support, and enhancement of financial systems to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities :  
- Configure and support SAP CO submodules including CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, and Product Costing (CO-PC).
 - Deliver cost closing activities including WIP, variance analysis, settlements, and cockpit management.
 - Lead profitability and margin analysis across product lines using COPA.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CO-PC with MM, PP, SD, and FI modules.
 - Provide insights into inventory valuation, material ledger, and cost transparency for process industries.
 - Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, HR, and FM.
 - Support integration with external systems including Concur, Vertex (Tax), VIM, and Ariba.
 - Apply knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS in relevant SAP contexts.
 - Maintain application documentation and provide Level 2/3 support.
 - Lead workshops, define business rules, and support change management initiatives.
 - Conduct “As-Is” and “To-Be” process mapping and sponsor innovation opportunities.
 - Support ERP deployments, optimization projects, and migrations.
 - Collaborate with finance and operational teams to design effective cost allocation methods.
 - Develop detailed documentation and user training materials.
 - Provide training for business users and technical teams.
 - Benchmark processes against industry best practices.
  
Required Qualifications:  
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
 - Min 10+ years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience, with strong focus on CCA, PCA, CO-PS, RA and COPA.
 - Experience with SAP ECC version and also with RISE.
 - Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, and Record to Report flows.
 - Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Onesource, Vertex, and other SAP add-ons.
 - ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
 - Knowledge of Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) or SAP RAR.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proven ability to collaborate across sales, logistics, customer service, and finance teams.
 - Familiarity with SAP RISE, BW/BObj, BTP, Process Orchestration, SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Concur,BPC and other financial integrators like vertex, onesource, open text etc., 
 - Strong understanding of integration patterns, architectures, and tools including APIs, middleware, and ETL technologies.
 - Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.
 - Prior experience in professional services industry preferred.
 - Experience with SAP integration across modules and external systems.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments and drive consensus.
