<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with 7-8 years of dedicated experience to join our IT and Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM, coupled with a strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting our SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

This role requires a blend of hands-on configuration, solution design, project management, and cross-functional Responsibilities Design & Implementation :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient SAP EWM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement warehouse processes using standard SAP EWM functionalities (e.g., inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, physical inventory, </p><p>cross-docking, yard management, labor management, slotting and & Customization : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Perform comprehensive configuration in SAP EWM to meet specific business needs, including customizing warehouse structures, master data, process types, strategies (putaway, picking), </p><p>wave management, and resource management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with development teams (ABAP) to define technical specifications for enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and forms where standard functionality does not :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA MM, SD, PP, QM) and external systems (e.g., automated material handling systems, carriers, third-party logistics providers).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CIF (Customer Information Flow) and other integration & Quality Assurance : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Develop and execute detailed test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, analyze, and resolve defects, ensuring the quality and stability of the EWM & Optimization : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Provide expert-level support for existing SAP EWM landscapes, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization to enhance warehouse efficiency and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of new SAP EWM functionalities, industry best practices, and technological & Training :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct training sessions for end-users and key Management & Collaboration : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and progress reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, external vendors, and </p><p>other Skills and Qualifications : </b> 7-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation EWM Expertise : </b></p><p><br/></p>- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core SAP EWM processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Physical Inventory).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in configuring EWM master data (storage bins, activity areas, resources, warehouse products).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of EWM RF framework configuration and development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with EWM wave management, yard management, labor management, and Familiarity with integration between SAP EWM and automated warehouse systems (MFS - Material Flow System) is a plus.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>SAP Core Integration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of integration points with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules, especially MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Acumen : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to read and debug ABAP code, and familiarity with technical objects related to EWM (e.g., BAdIs, function modules, & Problem-Solving Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical capabilities to gather requirements, identify problems, propose solutions, and make informed : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical & Teamwork : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, mentor junior consultants, and lead small workstreams.</p><p><br/></p><b>Education : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related : </b> SAP EWM certification is highly Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with S/4HANA embedded EWM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management) integration with EWM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Fiori apps relevant to EWM.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
