<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p><b>Job Title : </b> SAP EWM Functional Consultant</p><br/><p><b>Experience : </b> 6-8 Years</p><br/><p><b>Location : </b> Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune</p><br/><p><b>Employment Type : </b> Full-Time | Onsite</p><br/><p><b>Role Overview : </b></p><br/><p>We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic SAP practice team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP EWM solutions, and delivering end-to-end warehouse management solutions that improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across global supply chains.</p><br/><p>This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP EWM (embedded and decentralized), strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics execution, and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global counterparts.

The consultant will play a key role in implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support projects, ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and business-aligned EWM solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Conduct detailed business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for EWM implementations.</p><br/><p>- Design, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Physical Inventory, Wave Management, Slotting, and Replenishment.</p><br/><p>- Handle EWM-Material Flow (MFS) configurations for automated warehouse environments (if applicable).</p><br/><p>- Manage and configure Warehouse Structure : Storage Types, Sections, Bins, Handling Units, Packaging Specifications, and Activity Areas.</p><br/><p>- Integrate EWM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and GTS to enable smooth logistics and supply chain execution.</p><br/><p>- Configure and manage RF (Radio Frequency) transactions and device communication within EWM.</p><br/><p>- Design and implement Putaway and Picking Strategies and configure Warehouse Process Types, WOCR, and Queue Management.</p><br/><p>- Work on integration with ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA) including Core Interface (CIF), IDocs, and qRFCs for master and transactional data exchange.</p><br/><p>- Support Post-Processing Framework (PPF) and BRF+ rules for warehouse task creation, notifications, and automation.</p><br/><p>- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business and QA teams.</p><br/><p>- Work on S/4HANA EWM implementations, including embedded and decentralized deployment models.</p><br/><p>- Prepare detailed functional design documents, configuration guides, and training materials.</p><br/><p>- Provide post-go-live support, handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments (Reports, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits).</p><br/><p>- Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and master data validation for warehouse operations.</p><br/><p>- Continuously identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the warehouse landscape.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- 68 years of total SAP experience with 4+ years in SAP EWM Functional Consulting.</p><br/><p>- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP EWM (Decentralized and Embedded).</p><br/><p>- Deep functional understanding of Inbound/Outbound processes, Goods Issue/Receipt, Putaway/Picking strategies, and Warehouse Task/Order management.</p><br/><p>- Expertise in RF framework configuration, Handling Units (HU), Batch Management, and Packaging Specifications.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of Warehouse Process Types, WOCR (Warehouse Order Creation Rules), and Queue Determination.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of Integration scenarios between EWM and ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) via CIF, IDocs, and qRFCs.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Post Processing Framework (PPF) and Business Rule Framework (BRF+) for process automation.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Transport Management (TM) integration and EWM-MFS (Material Flow System) is an added advantage.</p><br/><p>- Good understanding of SAP Master Data related to EWM (Products, Bins, Packaging Specs, Resources, etc.).</p><br/><p>- Experience in S/4HANA EWM migration or greenfield implementation projects preferred.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience in working on multiple full-cycle EWM implementations or rollouts.</p><br/><p>- Excellent knowledge of testing, cutover, go-live, and support processes.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot EWM process and system issues.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with global business and IT teams.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : </b></p><br/><p>- Knowledge of Yard Management, Labor Management, and Slotting & Rearrangement within EWM.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications related to warehouse processes.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps/CI-CD environments for SAP delivery.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of integration with non-SAP systems such as WMS, scanners, or IoT-based warehouse solutions.</p><br/><p>- SAP Certification in EWM, Supply Chain, or Logistics Execution.</p><br/><p><b>Educational Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.</p><br/><p>- SAP EWM certification is preferred.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to lead functional
