<p><p><br/><br/><b>Position Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP FI Consultant to join our collaborative team supporting SAP Finance and Controlling efforts.<br/><br/>This role involves full-cycle SAP implementation, support, and enhancement of financial systems to meet evolving business needs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Customize SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements and deliver full-cycle upgrades.<br/><br/>- Provide day-to-day support, resolve tickets within SLA timelines, and ensure system stability.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.<br/><br/>- Deliver post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.<br/><br/>- Maintain and analyze GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting , FSCM-CM,DM modules.<br/><br/>- Execute financial closing and reporting (New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Accounting).<br/><br/>- Support integration with external financial systems and third-party applications.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and SAP best practices.<br/><br/>- Generate reports and dashboards for recurring and transactional data.<br/><br/>- Support Account to report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes and their integration with FICO.<br/><br/>- Work with SAP MM, SD, and PP consultants to ensure seamless cross-module integration.<br/><br/>- Participate in SAP rollouts and system upgrades across global sites.<br/><br/>- Analyze pain points and propose automation or optimization solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide guidance on SAP ECC migration and new FICO functionalities.<br/><br/>- Work with SAP master data, EDI/IDOC, BAPI, user exits, and custom solutions.<br/><br/>- Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate and enable end-user solutions.<br/><br/>- Document configurations, enhancements, and process flows.<br/><br/>- Create specifications for custom programs, testing, cutover coordination, and post-go-live support.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).<br/><br/>- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on Expertise in SAP FI, FSCM modules.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SAP FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA New GL.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM preferred.<br/><br/>- Support SAP finance business functions such as accounts payables, billing , , general ledger, End of day, month end closing and other finance activities.<br/><br/>- Cross functional expertise integration with other SAP core modules like OTC,P2P, AtR.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP RISE, BW/BObj, BTP, Process Orchestration, SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Concur,BPC and other financial integrators like vertex, onesource, open text etc.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of integration patterns, architectures, and tools including APIs, middleware, and ETL technologies.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in professional services industry preferred.<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP integration across modules and external systems.<br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments and drive consensus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
