Exp in Greenfield Implementation<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior SAP FICO Consultant to support our SAP project team.
The consultant will play a critical role in reviewing problem statements, understanding the proposed SAP FICO solutions provided by our system integration partner (Accenture), and guiding the clients finance team on whether to accept or challenge the recommended approach.
<br/><br/>This role is ideal for someone with foundational SAP FICO knowledge and strong analytical and communication skills who can act as a liaison between IT and business users.
<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Requirement Analysis <br/><br/>- Review functional problem statements or change requests shared by business or IT stakeholders.
<br/><br/>- Analyze the business impact and ensure the requirement is clearly understood and documented.
<br/><br/>- Solution Review & Validation <br/><br/>- Collaborate with the implementation team to understand the proposed solution or configuration changes in SAP FICO.
<br/><br/>- Review functional specs, configuration rationale, and test scenarios shared by the SI team.
<br/><br/>- Client Guidance & Advisory <br/><br/>- Evaluate the proposed solutions alignment with business goals, existing processes, and SAP best practices.
<br/><br/>- Support the clients finance team in understanding the implications of the solution and whether it meets their needs.
<br/><br/>- Recommend acceptance, modification, or rejection of the solution based on analysis and impact.
<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Communication <br/><br/>- Act as a communication bridge between the system integrator and client business teams.
<br/><br/>- Document decisions, deviations, and rationale for knowledge management and audit purposes.
<br/><br/>- Testing & Validation Support <br/><br/>- Assist in reviewing test cases and validating UAT results to ensure the solution works as intended.
<br/><br/>- Documentation <br/><br/>- Maintain clear documentation of solution reviews, accepted changes, and recommendations provided to the client.
<br/><br/><b>Key Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field <br/><br/>- 45 years of experience in SAP FICO (hands-on configuration or support) <br/><br/>- Understanding of SAP FICO core modules: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting <br/><br/>- Ability to analyze solution proposals and explain system behavior in business terms <br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders <br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycle and change request processes <br/><br/>- Prior exposure to working in a client-facing or project coordination role is a plus <br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is a strong plus <br/><br/>- Understanding of integration with SD/MM modules <br/><br/>- Experience working with or alongside a system integrator (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
