<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><br/>We are looking to onboard experienced SAP FICO Consultants with 45 years and 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.</p><p><br/>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end SAP implementations, business process understanding, and post-go-live support, with an ability to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions.</p><p><br/>The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP FI/CO modules.</p><p><br/>The role demands a deep understanding of core finance and controlling processes, integration with other modules, and a strong client-facing presence.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design scalable SAP solutions across FI and CO modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure key SAP FICO components including :<br/><br/></p><p>1.

CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and review Functional Specifications, test cases, and system documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide user training and documentation under the Train-the-Trainer model.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and change requests as per SLA guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration (MM, SD, PP, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Support interfaces and integration technologies including IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, ABAP enhancements, and middleware tools (e.g., TIBCO).<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in multi-country rollouts and localization projects, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to provide SAP FICO expertise and guidance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational Skills and Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Strong configuration and implementation experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in SAP FICO sub-modules listed above.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and TRM (Treasury & Risk Management).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Fund Management, FICO-Middleware integrations, and external systems connectivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of validations, substitutions, and workflow management in SAP FICO.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to handle complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Queries, InfoTypes) for operational and strategic reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
