<p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <b>FICO Consultant</b> to join our growing SAP practice in Bhubaneswar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for participating in all phases of SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Participate in all phases of SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet client business requirements.</p><br/><p>- Develop and maintain functional specifications and technical documentation.</p><br/><p>- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.</p><br/><p>- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.</p><br/><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO technologies and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to the development of SAP FICO solutions and methodologies.</p><br/><p>- Perform data migration activities.</p><br/><p>- Assist in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.</p><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/><p>- <b>3-8 years</b> of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).</p><br/><p>- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.</p><br/><p>- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><br/><p>- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.</p><br/><p>- SAP FICO certification is a plus.</p><br/><p>- Experience in the [mention specific industry, if applicable, e.g., manufacturing, retail] industry is a plus.</p><br/><b>Skills :</b><br/><br/>- SAP FICO<br/><br/><p>- Configuration</p><br/><p>- Implementation</p><br/><p>- Support</p><br/><p>- Requirements Gathering</p><br/><p>- Testing</p><br/><p>- Training</p><br/><p>- Documentation</p><br/><p>- Troubleshooting</p><br/><p>- Communication</p><br/><p>- Problem-Solving</p><br/><p>- Teamwork</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
