<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> SAP Operations Analyst<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune, India<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 3 to 6 years<br/><br/><b>Job Type :</b> Full-Time<br/><br/><b>Work Model :</b> Hybrid<br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b></p><p><br/>We are seeking a skilled SAP PP Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and production strategies.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions accordingly.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize SAP PP modules : production orders, material requirements planning (MRP), work centers, routings, etc.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support SAP implementation and roll-out projects.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct functional testing (UT, IT, UAT) and prepare documentation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide training and support to key users and end-users.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM) to ensure seamless integration.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><br/>- Bachelor's degree in a related field.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP system operations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experienced in SAP Fiori Apps.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and transport management.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or repetitive).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge in RISE management and application operation knowledge in BTP.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.<br/></p><p><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- SAP Manufacturing certification or relevant SAP module certifications.<br/><br/><b>What We Offer :</b></p><p><br/>- Competitive salary and benefits.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Flexible hybrid work model (Pune-based).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Career growth, learning, and certification opportunities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Supportive, collaborative team culture.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
