The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in both SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role involves working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement SAP best practices, and support ongoing system enhancements in manufacturing and quality Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Gather and analyze business requirements in the areas of production planning, shop floor control, master data management, and quality management processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and configure SAP PP modules (such as BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning) and QM modules (like Inspection Planning, Lot Processing, Results Recording, Quality Notifications).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and support integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and WM.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end SAP PPQM implementations, rollouts, and support projects across various industries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and go-live support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to improve business processes through SAP functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW).<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to PP and QM processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct user training and create documentation for end users and support teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and SAP best practices in process design and Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant with hands-on expertise in PP and QM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and quality management systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA PP and QM configuration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in handling end-to-end SAP implementation or S/4HANA conversion projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, SAP Activate methodology, and Agile project delivery is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- SAP Certification in PP or QM (preferred but not Attributes :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of regulated industry standards like GMP, ISO, or FDA compliance is an added Join Us :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Work with global teams and cutting-edge SAP technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive salary and benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity for professional growth in a supportive environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
