<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the Primary SPOC for SAP S/4HANA implementation and sustainment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage product sizing, vendor partnerships, and full lifecycle implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and lead a high-performance SAP team across functional modules to deliver project milestones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of scope, cost, and quality management throughout the program lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate across departments to manage interdependencies and drive positive outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and manage SAP sustainment/DevOps processes for operational support and ongoing enhancements.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Plan and execute upgrades with zero unplanned business downtime.<br/><br/></p><p>- Share ownership for cost optimization in SAP Cloud (RISE) deployment and ongoing operational costs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure water-tight contracts with SAP and implementation partners, covering competencies, commercials, and risk management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver program milestones on time and within budget while ensuring quality and minimizing scope creep.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive innovation within SAP standard configurations, reducing Performance Indicators (KPIs) :</b></p><p><br/></p>- On-time, on-budget delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective change management and defect containment in production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Successful vendor and contract management with measurable risk mitigation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated innovations and reduced reliance on Competencies :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) as a lead.<br/><br/></p><p>Strong expertise in :<br/><br/></p><p>- SAP Inbound Inspection<br/><br/></p><p>- Production Planning In-house Inspection<br/><br/></p><p>- Quality Planning<br/><br/></p><p>- Delivery-based Inspection<br/><br/></p><p>- Stock Transfers Inspection<br/><br/></p><p>- Inbound Logistics<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Master Data, PLM, IT-OT integration, MES systems and their Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FIORI tiles, BTP, Launch Pad, Transactional Apps, Personas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in manufacturing (preferred: Healthcare, Life / Behavioral Competencies :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Self-starter, proactive, and effective in cross-functional environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong change management and problem-solving capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to balance business needs and cost-effective SAP & Certifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- Professional certifications such as Lean / Six Sigma preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant manufacturing areas required</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
