<p>Job Title: SAP Security Consultant<br/><br/></p><p>Experience : 6 + yrs with S4 HANA Experience<br/><br/> Job Type : Permanent<br/><br/> Location : Chennai / Bangalore <br/><br/><b>Immediate Joiners Only :</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement SAP Security roles and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA (FIORI, HANA DB, Embedded Analytics, etc.).<br/><br/>- Perform security role design, analysis, and remediation activities.<br/><br/>- Set up and manage user and role administration using SU01, PFCG, SUIM, and related tools.<br/><br/>- Support FIORI tile/catalog/group authorization and integration with backend roles.<br/><br/>- Work on SAP GRC / IAG Access Control modules (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) for SoD analysis and access provisioning.<br/><br/>- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure system integrity.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues for SAP users across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).<br/><br/>- Support security migration activities during SAP S/4HANA Upgrade or implementations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to ensure security design aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.<br/><br/>- Document all security configurations, processes, and procedures.<br/><br/>- Provide support during testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and post-go-live.<br/><br/>- Implement security best practices and standards in accordance with ITGC and SOX compliance.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on latest SAP security patches, notes, and Skills & Experience </b>:</p><br/>- 6 + years of experience in SAP Security administration and role design.<br/><br/>- At least 1 to 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with hands-on experience in role design and security setup.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of SAP security architecture across various modules (ECC, S/4HANA, FIORI, BW, GRC).<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP FIORI security, catalogs, tiles, groups, and OData services.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in SAP GRC / IAG Access Control is a strong plus.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with HANA Database security, especially roles, privileges, and views.<br/><br/>- Proficient in SAP transaction codes related to security: SU01, SUIM, PFCG, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SU53, etc.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts and mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of compliance and audit processes, including ITGC and SOX.<br/><br/>- Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues independently.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
