<p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central and Payroll modules, combined with strong knowledge of SAP HANA environments.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, and support projects while working closely with HR and technical stakeholders to deliver optimized, integrated solutions that meet business needs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.<br/><br/>- Configure, customize, and optimize SuccessFactors EC and Payroll functionalities to align with complex business requirements and regulatory compliance.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with SAP HANA teams to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HANA or other SAP modules (such as S/4 HANA, On-Premise HCM).<br/><br/>- Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and translate client needs into SAP SuccessFactors system solutions.<br/><br/>- Handle issue resolution, change requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting during and after implementations.<br/><br/>- Manage integration scenarios including APIs, middleware, and batch processing between SuccessFactors and SAP On-Premise or third-party systems.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, test cases, and user manuals.<br/><br/>- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize system utilization.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, trends, and best practices and proactively recommend improvements.<br/><br/>- Provide technical expertise and advisory to clients on SuccessFactors functionalities, system capabilities, and industry standards.<br/><br/>- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and organizational policies within SuccessFactors implementations.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of experience in SAP SF EC implementations specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA, including data modeling, reporting, and integration with SAP SuccessFactors.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.<br/><br/>- Experience with integration tools and technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, APIs, and middleware solutions.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP On-Premise HCM and S/4 HANA and their integration touchpoints with SuccessFactors.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into system design.<br/><br/>- Experience with reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors reporting, or similar BI tools.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and global payroll regulations.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.<br/><br/>- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
