We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Associate Director Level) to join our growing SAP Practice.
This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises.
Key Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
 - Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
 - Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
 - Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage.
 - Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments.
 - Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design.
 - Proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs.
 - Pre-Sales experience: RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
 - Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
 - Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
 - Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
 - Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
 - Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
 - Step into the Project Manager role when required.
 - Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
 - Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
 - Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.
 - Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
 - Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
 - Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
 - Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
 - Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
 - Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless.
 - Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
