<p>Job Summary :<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Warehouse Management Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management.
This role requires expertise in warehouse technologies, migration projects, and process optimization.
Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage and support SAP S/4HANA migration projects, with a focus on brownfield scenarios.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop scalable warehouse management solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate WM/EWM with other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and TM.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Optimize warehouse and logistics processes by leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide end-user training, system support, and troubleshooting post-implementation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project timelines, and quality deliverables.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Keep abreast of the latest SAP tools, releases, and innovations in warehouse management.</p><p><br/></p><p>Technical Skills Required : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC WM and SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM modules.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, goods issue, stock transfer, and inventory management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP S/4HANA migration experience (brownfield preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and QM modules.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with RF framework, barcode scanning, RFID, and warehouse automation systems.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue resolution (functional level).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, and Interfaces.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of EWM advanced features like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting & Rearrangement, and Wave Management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with third-party WMS integration and automation technologies (Robotics, IoT, Material Handling Systems).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in preparing functional specs for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in solution documentation, test scripts, and training & Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 10 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 7 years in Warehouse Management (ECC WM or S/4HANA WM/</p><p>EWM).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP certifications in WM or EWM (preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership and team management experience.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
