<p><p><b>About The Job :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Should be a polyglot with the ability to pick new skills as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should be able to guide and mentor junior developers and peers in the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should be able to improve on processes related to quality of the software development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should ensure and work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure quality software development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with product management to define the future requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Help the management in project scoping and execution.</p><p><br/><b>Requirement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience testing n-tier web-based and data-centric solutions and currently with Cloud and DevOps environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in writing automation frameworks and code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in developing enterprise grade, data intensive software solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Postgres or any other RDBMS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience and knowledge of docker, Kubernetes and cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must be familiar with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD & DevOps Processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to make UI recommendations based on solid understanding of user interactions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.</p><p><br/><b>Experience Of These Items Would Be Useful</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building components designed for reuse with performance in mind.</p><p><br/><b>Mandatory Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- A minimum of 6 years of experience in all facets of software testing in a product-based software development environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience testing n-tier web-based and data-centric solutions and currently with Cloud and DevOps environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Software development experience in any of the following: Java, Python or Shell Scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Linux.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven analytical problem-solving skills, a quick and self-learner who is driven by curiosity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in RDBMS Database testing and Base SAS is an added advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with API / GUI automation tools including coding/programming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must be familiar with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to make recommendations based on solid understanding of the problem resolution, troubleshooting deployment and environment and functional interactions.<br/><br/></p><p>- 6-10 Years with B Tech, MCA, or equivalent.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
