Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Monitor SCCM console for client health, deployments, and compliance statusAssist in deploying software, patches, and updates to end-user systemsPackage, test, and deploy software applications and patches using SCCMManage and support collections, boundaries, and boundary groupsPerform basic troubleshooting of SCCM client issuesFollow documented SOPs for routine tasks and incident handlingGenerate routine reports for compliance, software inventory, and hardware asset trackingMaintain and update documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment checklists, and troubleshooting stepsParticipate in change management processes for SCCM-related updates and deploymentsRequired Skills:Basic knowledge of SCCM/MECM components and functionsUnderstanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)Familiarity with software deployment and patching processesGood troubleshooting skills for desktop and client-related issuesBasic understanding of PowerShell or willingness to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsWillingness to work in shifts or On-Call, if requiredAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
