<p>Job Description :<br/><br/>- Is accountable for meeting Sprint objectives along with scrum team<br/><br/>- Ensure meeting of sprint commitment<br/><br/>- Own and help resolve impediments of the team<br/><br/>- Help PO adopt Scrum Process properly and ensure PO availability<br/><br/>- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices to foster continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Manage all project-related activities in JIRA that meets Agile Project governance.<br/><br/>- Maintain and manage projects, boards, workflows, dashboards, permissions on JIRA.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of advanced JIRA filters and reporting for project and program level monitoring.<br/><br/>- Developing, managing, facilitating, and delivering training on Jira and related agile platforms to Agile teams and stakeholders to continuously advance workflow sophistication, efficiencies, and effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Confluence to document processes and create pages to support the Jira and agile workflows.<br/><br/>- Work with Product Managers and Technical Managers to enable Planning, Prioritization as well as Decision Making on high-value features and enhancements.<br/><br/>- Work with both Internal and External stakeholders actively to resolve impediments or address risk/ concerns raised by the Development teams.<br/><br/>- Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process<br/><br/>- Protect the team from external interference.<br/><br/>- Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team members<br/><br/>- Participate in Scrum of Scrum across teams and highlights impediments<br/><br/>- Provide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program Leader<br/><br/>- Facilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, restrospection) and ensure correct adoption<br/><br/>- Ensure updating of all Scrum artifacts<br/><br/>- Ensure ALM tool (either client or Wipro) is updated on a daily basis<br/><br/>- Update key Scrum metrics into Wipro internal tool on a Sprint-by-Sprint basis<br/><br/>- Analyse key Scrum metrics and take corrective actions<br/><br/>- Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team (by the start of the project).
Review monthly and ensure improvement in competency score.
Ensure multiskilling for at least 50% of the team.<br/><br/>- Help team attain stable velocity within 6-8 sprints (allowing for 10% variation either way)<br/><br/>- Train team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban)<br/><br/>- Help in adoption of engineering practices like ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, Refactoring<br/><br/>- Record and own the restrospection actions<br/><br/>- Participate in community of practice initiatives<br/><br/>- Provide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / QBR / MBR etc.)</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
