for an experienced and dynamic Data Delivery Manager to oversee the complete delivery of complex data and analytics solutions while building strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/> This role will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of prioritized business intelligence (BI) projects, in collaboration with business leaders, data engineers, and data developers.<br/><br/> The Scrum Master Analytics Delivery Lead will lead the entire process of delivering advanced data and analytics solutions, serving as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams.<br/><br/> This position combines technical expertise with leadership in delivery, driving innovation and ensuring successful outcomes.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Own full delivery lifecycle for client accounts, including governance, resource planning, and risk management.<br/><br/>- Lead requirements and workflows to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.<br/><br/>- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.<br/><br/>- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.<br/><br/>- Align delivery with agile methodologies and Cotality standards.<br/><br/>- Establish Agile COE and coach team members in Agile frameworks.<br/><br/>- Support sales efforts through proposal development and support.<br/><br/>- Champion continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and team development.</p><br/><p><b>Job Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p><b>Must Have qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- At least 5 years of Previous Experience in a scrum master role.<br/><br/>- Expertise in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, and Business Intelligence projects with knowledge of best practices and modern solutions.<br/><br/>- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as user stories, testing, backlog refinement).<br/><br/>- Highly skilled, 5+ years, in Agile and other project delivery methodologies along with proven expertise in using Jira for project and issue tracking.<br/><br/>- Solid grasp of software development and product lifecycle methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to scale technical solutions from the ground up.<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting customer business requirements to deploy Data & Analytics solutions.<br/><br/>- 5+ Years of experience with diverse Data & Analytics technology stacks and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, data mining, data modeling).<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in delivering data-driven projects and predictive analytics use cases, with expertise in CI/CD.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and data/AI frameworks.<br/><br/>- Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of data security challenges and approaches.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.</p><br/><p><b>Nice To Have :</b></p><br/><p>- Expertise in integration of architecture across complex ecosystems.<br/><br/>- Experience in building cross-functional data capabilities from scratch.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in leading large-scale transformations backed by cloud and/or AI-driven innovations.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with up-and-coming tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics space.<br/><br/>- Clear track record of delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership
