<p><p><b>About the job :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>As a Product Designer, you will take significant leadership on modules from start to finish.<br/><br/></p><p>You will have great latitude to identify opportunities, formulate research and design plans, execute those plans, and support dev of a finished product.<br/><br/></p><p>You will also take a leadership role within the design team, leveraging your strengths and passion to advance best practices across the other designers.<br/><br/></p><p>You hold the belief that good design plays a crucial part in solving any problem.<br/><br/></p><p>You understand that design encompasses more than just aesthetics, encompassing the evolution of every process.
Even everyday tasks can be enhanced through thoughtful design, simplifying their execution.<br/><br/></p><p>With a deep appreciation for products and possessing strong creative abilities, you aspire to take ownership and responsibility for designing and guiding products to their final stage.<br/><br/></p><p>You value precision and detest icons that are not perfectly aligned on the grid.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Take part in product and design ideation, planning and prioritisation of our diverse range of products and features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user behaviour and data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define design strategies by analysing data models and derive best practices within the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strategize, develop and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and </p><p>innovative solutions which suit the brand.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take part in creative and holistic thinking across our diverse products and conduct design reviews and status meetings as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evangelise design within and outside the organisation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Brainstorm and create new directions that Scrut can take in our quest to make payments easy and accessible to all.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effectively mentor and inspire a team of designers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritising and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 2+ Years of experience <br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with the latest tools to build design and a strong desire to learn new ones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Figma expertise is required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective prototyping skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Des/M.Des is preferred <br/><br/></p><p>- A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working and collaborating with teams with varied strengths in a multifaceted, rapid-growth environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- You understand the importance of behavioural analytics and you go by data-driven decisioning, when needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- A sound understanding of Frontend principles to guide the team from an engineering point of view.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to understand the short and long-term goals of the product and business.<br/><br/><b>About Us :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Scrut Automation is an information security and compliance monitoring platform, aimed at helping small and medium cloud-native enterprises develop and maintain a robust security posture, and comply with various infosec standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and the like with ease.<br/><br/></p><p>With the help of the Scrut platform, customers reduce their manual effort for security and compliance tasks by 70% and build real-time visibility of their security posture.<br/><br/></p><p>Founded by IIT/ISB/McKinsey alumni, the founding team has over 15 years of combined Infosec experience.
