<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Salesforce Project Manager & Technical Architect<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Noida<br/><br/><b>Experience Required : </b> 5+ Years<br/><br/><b>Employment Type : </b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager & Technical Architect with over 5 years of experience to join our team.<br/><br/>This dual-role position requires both technical expertise in Salesforce architecture and strong project management capabilities.<br/><br/>You will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with client demos and ensuring successful delivery of projects post-onboarding.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities </b><b> : Support & Solutioning : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the sales team to design and deliver impactful Salesforce demos tailored to client requirements.</p><p><br/>- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to assess feasibility, propose solutions, and create high-level architecture.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/><b>Project Management & Delivery :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of Salesforce projects post-onboarding, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, sales, clients, and delivery teams.<br/><br/>- Create and manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and communication frameworks.<br/><br/>- Drive Agile/Waterfall methodologies depending on client/project needs.<br/><br/><b>Technical Leadership :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture including integrations, data models, and security frameworks.<br/><br/>- Oversee technical implementations to ensure best practices, code quality, and adherence to Salesforce guidelines.<br/><br/>- Mentor development teams and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in both project management and technical architect roles.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.<br/><br/>- Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).<br/><br/>- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.<br/><br/><b>Salesforce certifications such as : </b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified Project Manager (or PMP equivalent).<br/><br/>- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
