<p>Job Title: Manager - Learning Enablement<br/><br/>Department: Learning & Development (L&D)<br/><br/>Reports to: Head - People & Culture / L&D Lead<br/><br/>Job Summary:<br/><br/>We're looking for a Manager - Learning Enablement who can design and deliver a culture of continuous growth at Searce.
In this role, you will architect innovative learning journeys, leverage AI-driven tools, and ensure that Searcians are future-ready, client-relevant, and competitively differentiated.
This position blends strategy, technology, and people leadership to maximize organizational learning impact.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Design Future-Ready Learning Journeys:<br/><br/>- Architect end-to-end learning experiences that are impactful, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.<br/><br/>- Continuously evolve programs to inspire, challenge, and equip employees with critical skills for future relevance.<br/><br/>Strategic Business Partnership:<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Business Leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning programs to measurable business outcomes.<br/><br/>- Act as a trusted advisor, embedding learning as a driver of growth and innovation.<br/><br/>Leverage AI & Smart Learning Tech:<br/><br/>- Deploy LMS, learning analytics, and AI-powered platforms to personalize and scale learning.<br/><br/>- Use data insights to track effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies.<br/><br/>Drive Certifications & Skill Differentiation:<br/><br/>- Own and manage the pipeline for critical technical certifications.<br/><br/>- Ensure employees are not just certified, but market-ready and competitively advantaged.<br/><br/>Team Leadership & Enablement:<br/><br/>- Lead, coach, and empower a team of Learning Champions to deliver high-quality, impactful initiatives.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and empathy within the team.<br/><br/>Learning ROI & Vendor Management:<br/><br/>- Manage L&D budgets with a founder's mindset, maximizing return on investment.<br/><br/>- Build and negotiate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-value solutions.<br/><br/>Desired Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.<br/><br/>- MBA preferred, but mindset and impact > 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, L&D, or Organizational Development.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through impactful learning strategies.<br/><br/>- Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning solutions, and certification programs.<br/><br/>- Exposure to high-growth or tech-forward environments (preferred).<br/><br/>Skills & Competencies:<br/><br/>- Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and strong execution capabilities.<br/><br/>- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to blend empathy with business acumen in designing learning interventions.<br/><br/>- Data-driven approach with expertise in measuring learning impact.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
