<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 4-5 years of experience, including expertise in S/4HANA (RISE or GROW) environments.
The ideal candidate will have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementations and 3-4 support projects, with the ability to lead a team of developers and coordinate with functional and technical teams.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEFW) in SAP S/4HANA.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead ABAP development tasks during full lifecycle implementations and support projects.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with functional consultants (SD, MM, FI, PP) to translate requirements into technical specifications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and guide junior team members.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work on performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom developments.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with BASIS, Fiori, and integration teams for deployment and transport activities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage work allocation, ensure timely delivery, and maintain project Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Core ABAP Reports, Forms, BDC, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- S/4HANA ABAP CDS Views, AMDP, OData, New Syntax<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 2-3 Implementations & 3-4 Support Projects<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Task Allocation, Code Review, Mentoring for Junior<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP Product Knowledge Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Cross-Module Coordination SD, MM, FI, PP</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Good to Have :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 developments and SAP BTP<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SAP Workflows, ALE/IDOC, and integration scenarios<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP Certification in ABAP or S/4HANA Development Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Strong communication and stakeholder management<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Analytical mindset with attention to detail<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask Skills Required:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong ABAP Development Skills Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, ALV, BDC, RFCs, and OData Services.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- S/4HANA Experience Knowledge of RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP projects, including CDS views, AMDP, and modern ABAP practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Implementation & Support Experience Hands-on in 23 S/4HANA implementations and 34 support projects with strong debugging and issue-resolution capabilities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Cross-Functional Collaboration Ability to work with SD, MM, FI, PP teams and understand end-to-end business processes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Team Leadership Experience in leading small development teams, assigning tasks, mentoring, and reviewing deliverables.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP Product Knowledge Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points CPI, BTP</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
